About the service
JEM Plant Hire provides one complete service. Mick carries out the agreed job using the machine and attachments selected for the work and may also undertake associated building work included within the confirmed quotation. The website does not offer self-drive or machine-only hire.
Enquiries and quotations
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or reserve a date. Information supplied through the website helps us assess the job. A service is agreed only when the scope, price, timing and any job-specific terms have been confirmed between you and JEM Plant Hire.
Quotations are based on the information available when they are prepared. If site access, ground conditions, the requested work or other material circumstances differ from what was described, we may need to discuss a revised scope, price or schedule before continuing.
Your responsibilities
You should provide accurate and complete information about the work, site access, known underground or overhead services, hazards, restrictions and any permissions relevant to the job. You are responsible for ensuring that you have authority to request work at the property.
Availability and site conditions
Dates and equipment remain subject to availability until confirmed. Work may need to be rearranged where weather, unsafe conditions, access problems, breakdowns or circumstances outside reasonable control make it unsafe or impractical to proceed.
Cancellations and statutory rights
Any job-specific cancellation arrangements will be explained in the quotation or booking confirmation. Nothing in these website terms limits rights that consumers have under applicable law.

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but descriptions, availability and other information may change. Website content is general information and is not a substitute for a site-specific assessment or quotation. We may suspend, update or withdraw all or part of the website without notice.
